Once a team is accepted into the National League, the refund protocol is as follows: no refunds of entry fees are made to teams withdrawing following such acceptance. Should an event be cancelled, fully or partially, due to factors outside USYS control, we do have “Force Majeure” protections; “No party shall be considered in default in the performance of its obligations under this agreement to the extent that performance of its obligations is prevented or delayed by any cause beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God; acts or omissions of governmental authorities; strikes, lockouts, or other industrial disturbances; acts of public enemy; wars; acts or threatened acts of terrorism; blockades; riots; civil disturbances; epidemics; floods; hurricanes; tornadoes; earthquakes; plague, pandemic, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, including quarantine or other restrictions and any other similar events, acts, or omissions beyond the control of the parties.“
