GotSport Assistance
Please review the items below for assistance on vital items in the GotSport system
Communicating with Opponents
- Log in your personal GotSport account linked with your team (system.GotSport.com)
- Select Team Management
- Select Matches
- Select the green + on the right side of the game listed
- Write your message to the opponent in the box found at the top of the chat screen.
- Click send and notify.
*All communications should be done in the chat so that the league can monitor them.
**The opponent’s emails and phone numbers can also be found in the chat if a team is unresponsive

Scheduling home games in GotSport
- Log in your personal GotSport account linked with your team (system.GotSport.com)
- Select Team Scheduling
- Select desired event
- Select the date of the game you are trying to schedule on the calendar
- Under the Unassigned Matches, you can drag and drop the crosshair to the time/field you are assigning it to.
- Game scheduling complete

Adding Venues and Fields in GotSport
- Log in your personal GotSport account linked with your team (system.GotSport.com)
- Select Venues in the blue side bar menu
- Select ‘Add Venue’
- Use Global Venue Search to see if your desired venue is already on GotSport.
- If yes, hit the + Connect button.
- If no, select +Create New Venue
- Complete venue information section, time zone must be selected
- Select create organization venue button
- Select create new venue button
Adding Fields in GotSport
- Select Venues in the blue side bar menu
- Select the fields tab, then click new field button
- Complete the field information section then click save
- Repeat for as many fields as needed

Adding US Youth Soccer IDs for each player
- Log in your personal GotSport account linked with your team (system.GotSport.com)
- Select Team Management
- Select Desired Team
- Select Rosters
- Select Event Roster
- Enter ID Number, Save
US Youth Soccer ID Number to Show On The Game Card
- Log in your personal GotSport account linked with your team (system.GotSport.com)
- Select Team Management
- Select Desired Team
- Select Rosters
- Select Event Roster
- Enter ID Number, Save
Flip Home and Away Teams
- If teams have agreed, contact the League team at League@EDPSoccer.com and they will change the game for you
- Please include the league and game number you would like switched.
Sending a Game Sought Email Blast
- Fill out a game sought form
- A League administrator will send out the note for you
Adding a Game to GotSport
- The Game Addition form can be submitted
- A League administrator will add the game into GotSport for you.
Once The Schedule Is Locked
- Submit a Game change form
- Fill out all necessary information
- Make sure the change is confirmed in the GotSport Chat
*League manager will review the game, and approve the change if appropriate
