The team application deadline was Aug. 8, 2025. Applications are still being accepted, but any new applying teams will be placed on a waitlist.
Event Fee: $2,200 per team
(includes entry fee for USYS National Championships, should the team qualify)

For travel purposes, the kickoff times for the arrival and departure days are:
- On Friday, Jan. 30, the first possible kickoff time will be no earlier than 9 a.m.
- On Sunday, Feb. 1, the last possible kickoff time will be no later than 5 p.m.
Please note: All available fields are being utilized on each day of play, and we cannot accept requests for certain kickoff times for any of the game days.

Video Services
Every game played at National League events will be filmed, and the video will be available to teams at no cost. Games will be captured by a professional video company by using Veo cameras to clearly capture all of the action in high-definition quality.

Hotels
Hotel Information | Anthony Travel
Anthony Travel is the hotel provider for the National League. Please note: This is a stay-and-play event.
Competition Format
Each team plays in ONE winter event. At each winter event, teams are split into five groups of four, and each team plays its three group opponents over three days. Teams earn 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a loss.
- Teams that finish in first place in their four-team group will advance to the 2026 USYS National Championships as a National League representative.
- Teams that finish in second place in their four-team group at the winter events will earn a spot into The NL Cup at the end of the 2025-26 season.
